Yes! Provided you’ve opened the document/meeting pack once or selected the ‘download all’ option if you don’t have time to open them one by one. We are proud to offer online and offline access.
All training, onboarding and refresher training is complementary to your subscription – You do not need to pay extra.

Yes, StellarGovt is available on both! We have a dedicated app available, which you can download from your operating systems application store, and a web-app version that can be accessed via your browser without compromising any features you’d find on the app.

Yes! StellarGovt can read macrons within the app and on extracted documents.
We want to make the process as easy as possible for you and your users. Once the paperwork is all confirmed, we will organise onboarding sessions with all the administrators. Onboarding consists of downloading the app, logging in, navigating through StellarGovt and helping set up your environment.
Once the admin onboarding is complete, we move to the end users. We will provide admins with a calendar link to share with their end-users. The end users can book a 1:1 session with our onboarding expert.
Our goal is to ensure everyone is comfortable (and excited) with using Stellar.

The StellarGovt servers are hosted in Sydney, Australia via Amazon Web Services. The servers are backed up via a mirroring system within Amazon Web Services.
